Booking Confirmation
- All bookings made through our website or phone will be confirmed via email with a unique booking reference number.
- Services are subject to availability, and Bristol Airport Parking reserves the right to cancel or refuse any booking.
- A booking is considered valid only after a booking reference number is issued.
- Promotional offers cannot be combined with other discounts or deals.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the parking period starts will receive a refund, minus a cancellation fee of up to 35%.
- Cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows will incur the full parking fee.
- Cancellation requests must be submitted via email, and refunds will be processed upon confirmation.
- No refunds are provided for unused parking days if you return early.
- Supersaver, saver, or non-flexible parking products are non-refundable and cannot be amended.
Prices, Payments, and Cost Recovery
- Full payment is required before parking your vehicle.
- Deviations from booked entry and exit times may result in additional charges.
- Extensions must be requested via email and cannot be processed as a new booking.
- Overstaying your booking will incur charges at the daily rate.
- Returning earlier than booked may result in a £20 fee and longer wait times for pickup.
- Late arrivals will be charged £20 per day.
Exclusion and Limits of Responsibility
- We are not liable for losses covered by your insurance.
- Vehicles and their contents are parked at the owner’s risk.
- We are not responsible for losses due to transport delays, stolen tickets, mechanical failures, or natural disasters.
- Minor scratches, dents, or weather-related damages are not covered.
- Indirect losses, such as missed flights or additional hotel costs, are not our responsibility.
Customer Responsibilities
- Vehicles must be roadworthy and comply with traffic regulations.
- You are liable for any damage, injury, or loss caused while on our premises.
- Vehicles must have a valid MOT certificate (if required) and appropriate insurance.
- Dangerous or illegal substances must not be left in the vehicle.
- Inspect your vehicle’s paintwork and bodywork before parking.
Our Responsibilities
- We will take reasonable care of your vehicle during the booked period.
- A valid receipt or ticket must be presented to reclaim your vehicle. Proof of identity is required for lost receipts.
Vehicle Security
- Car keys must be left with us; failure to do so may result in the refusal of your booking.
- Valuables or house keys should not be left in the vehicle.
Transport to and from the Airport
- Ensure you have a seat on the transfer shuttle.
- Children under eight must be seated with an adult.
- Only guide dogs are allowed on the shuttle; other animals are not permitted.
Check-in Time
- Arrive at the car park at least 100 minutes before your airline’s recommended check-in time. Allow an additional 30 minutes during peak periods
General Terms
- These terms are governed by UK law and fall under the jurisdiction of English Courts.
- Inform us of any special assistance needs at the time of booking.
